Human Resources and Employment Minister Julie Bettney will speak at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) conference on Friday afternoon, December 8, in Ottawa. About 175 delegates from the 29 OPEC member countries will discuss and debate issues around Lifelong Learning as an Affordable Investment. Minister Bettney will talk about the Strategic Plan and other government initiatives that highlight the importance of lifelong learning.
