Julie Bettney, Minister of Human Resources and Employment and lead minister for the Strategic Social Plan, will give the keynote presentation at the final luncheon of the Canadian Mental Health Association�s National Conference on Saturday, August 12, at 12 noon, Hotel Newfoundland, Salons A and B. The topic will be People, Partnership and Prosperity: A Strategic Social Plan for Newfoundland and Labrador.
