Roger Grimes, Minister of Health and Community Services, and Andrew Grant, Chair of Newfoundland and Labrador Centre for Health Information�s (NLCHI) Board of Management, invite all media to attend a news conference tomorrow, May 16 at 2:30 p.m. at the NLCHI office, 8^th floor, Southcott Hall, 100 Forest Road. The minister and board chair will announce the next phase of the Health Information Network, which is the building of a client registry and the creation of a unique personal identifier for every person in Newfoundland and Labrador.
