NOTE TO EDITORS:

Roger Grimes, Minister of Health and Community Services, will be at Cowan Heights Elementary, St. John's on Monday, March 6 at 10:30 a.m. for the opening of a class of 2000 Smoking Prevention Project time capsule, and to make a special announcement encouraging youth to remain smoke-free. The school is also celebrating its 25th anniversary.
