Please be advised that Fisheries and Aquaculture Minister John Efford will be available to the media in the main lobby of the Baine Johnston Building, 10 Fort William Place, St. John�s following a meeting with federal Fisheries Minister Herb Dhaliwal on Saturday, July 22 to discuss the principle of adjacency in light of the recent decision by the federal minister to allocate a shrimp quota off Newfoundland to a PEI consortium. Earle McCurdy of the Fish, Food and Allied Workers Union and Alastair O�Reilly of the Fisheries Association of Newfoundland and Labrador will also be in attendance. The meeting gets under way at 8:30 a.m.
