NOTE TO EDITORS:
R. John Efford, Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture, will be guest speaker at the 36th annual convention of the Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Fire Chiefs and Firefighters being held this weekend at Marble Mountain Base Lodge. Minister Efford will address delegates at the closing banquet on Sunday, June 25, which gets underway at 7:30 p.m.
