John Efford, Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture, will be guest speaker at the Thyme with the Chefs dinner at the College of the North Atlantic Bay St. George Campus in Stephenville tonight (May 4). Thyme with the Chefs is a three-day seminar organized by the Bay St. George Campus and the West Coast Chef�s Association that is focused on cuisine native to Newfoundland and Labrador.
