John Efford, Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture, and Herb Dhaliwal, Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, will hold a news conference on Monday, January 31, at 11 a.m. in the Garrison/Signal Hill rooms, Hotel Newfoundland, St. John�s.
