Book of condolence for Trudeau family to remain in place until Tuesday, October 3

NOTE TO EDITORS:

Due to an overwhelming response from the public the book of condolence for the family of former Prime Minister Pierre Elliott Trudeau will remain in place until Tuesday, October 3. The book is located in the Outer Foyer of the House of Assembly at Confederation Building and will be in place until 8 p.m. today (October 2) and from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m., Tuesday, October 3. The book will be forwarded to the Trudeau family shortly thereafter.

Out of respect, flags at provincial government buildings are being flown at half mast until sunset on the day of Mr. Trudeau�s funeral.
