NOTE TO EDITORS:

Premier Brian Tobin will join Craig Dobbin, Chairman of CHC Helicopters, and Bob Gosse, President of Newfoundland Bonding and Composites (NB&C), for a news conference at 12:45 p..m. on Tuesday, July 25 at 1 C.L. Dobbin Drive in Gander (NB&C facility). The purpose of the news conference is to highlight a new MOU and recent milestones.
