NOTE TO EDITORS:

Premier Brian Tobin will be the key-note speaker at Hospitality Newfoundland and Labrador�s annual convention in St. John�s today. The theme for this year�s convention, where more than 400 delegates have gathered, is Quality.....It�s Your Business. The luncheon will take place at the Delta Hotel and Conference Center, Friday, January 28, 2000 at 12:30 p.m., Salons A.
