to the Environmental Assessment Act. In the case of documents received or approved, copies
may be obtained by contacting the regional office of the Department of Environment and Labour
or by calling toll-free 1-800-563-6181. Comments on submitted documents are invited from the

for each item.

ENVIRONMENTAL PREVIEW REPORT REQUIRED:

Colliers 18 Hole Golf Course
Proponent: Francis W. Cole

The Minister of Environment and Labour has decided that the registration for the Colliers 18 Hole Golf Course does not contain sufficient detail to determine the significance of the environmental effects of the undertaking and therefore will require an environmental preview report. The environmental preview report must address outstanding concerns to the existing environment, including productive forest, wildlife and resource uses, as well as additional design information and alternatives. The minister will appoint an environmental assessment committee in due course to meet with the proponent and prepare guidelines for the preparation of the environmental preview report.

The minister encourages all interested parties to become involved and to make comments known. Further information may be obtained by contacting the Director of Environmental Assessment at (709) 729-2562 or toll-free: 1-800-563-6181 or by mail to:

Director, Environmental Assessment Division
Department of Environment and Labour
West Block, Confederation Building
