New Bay Pond The proponent proposes an amendment to the five year operating plan for Forestry Management District 10 in the New Bay Pond Area, near Northern Arm Brook in Central Newfoundland. The plan amendment proposes the harvesting of 6,500 cubic metres of timber over a 68 hectare area. The undertaking was registered on March 20, 2000; public comments are due on April 26, 2000; and the minister's decision is due on May 4, 2000.
