NOTE TO EDITORS:

Ernie McLean, acting Minister of Development and Rural Renewal, and Finance Minister Lloyd Matthews will hold a news conference at 10 a.m. on Monday, October 30, in Conference Room A, Ground Floor, West Block, Confederation Building. The ministers will announce details of a venture capital tax credit program.
