The following is being distributed at the request of Sport Newfoundland and Labrador: Junior Ladies Hoop Try-Out Camp The Newfoundland and Labrador Basketball Association will hold a try-out camp for the Junior Ladies Program, April 24 at Prince of Wales Collegiate, in St. John's. This will be the only try-out camp for this program and is open to all athletes born in 1980 or later. The camp will run from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. The cost of the camp is $10 and athletes will register on site. Athletes selected will compete in the junior national championships scheduled for Montreal in late July. The head coach for the program is Paul Byrne.
