Members of the media are advised that a briefing scheduled for Friday, November 5, 1999 at the Oceanex Boardroom, Suite 320, 432 Water Street (Blue Peter Steamships Building), St. John's at 10:30 a.m. has been postponed due to the unavailability of some participants.
