Premier Brian Tobin and Lloyd Matthews, Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs, together with representatives of participating municipalities will hold a news conference on Friday, July 16 at 9 a.m. in Conference Room A, Ground Floor, West Block, Confederation Building. At that time they will detail the $100 million Multi-Year Capital Works Program.
