Market Highlights:
-
Retail gasoline prices throughout in the Province
increased by 4.0 cpl in response to increased crude oil costs increases during
the previous few weeks.� For the
communities surveyed, Conception Bay South continues to have the least expensive
price of 71.9 cpl.

From November 16, 1999 to November 30, 1999, refinery
wholesale prices, as measured by the Montreal refinery rack price,
increased by 2.6 cpl to 31.2 cpl.
-
While crude oil prices decreased from $25.70 US per
barrel to $24.59 US per barrel over the current survey period they have
increased by about $3.00 US per barrel throughout the month.
