Market Highlights:

  • Retail gasoline prices throughout a number of communities in the Province fell by 1.0 cpl. For the communities surveyed, Conception Bay South continues to have the least expensive price of 67.9 cpl.

  • From November 2, 1999 to November 16, 1999, refinery wholesale prices, as measured by the Montreal refinery rack price, increased by 2.0 cpl to 28.6 cpl.

  • Crude oil prices increased from $22.39 US per barrel to $25.70 US per barrel over the current survey period.
