Supreme Court Grants Injunction
The Department of Justice advises that the Supreme Court of Newfoundland has granted an injunction against continued strike action by NAPE and its correctional officers. The injunction was granted this afternoon by Mr. Justice David Orsborn of the Supreme Court, and requires correctional officers to return to work immediately.
