NOTE TO EDITORS:

Sandra Kelly, Minister of Industry, Trade and Technology, Walter Noel, Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs and Elinor Caplin, Minister of Citizenship and Immigration Canada, will hold a news conference on Wednesday, September 1, at 2 p.m. in the Signal/Garrison rooms of the Hotel Newfoundland, St. John's.

All media are invited to attend the announcement of a joint federal/provincial agreement.
