NOTE TO EDITORS:

Julie Bettney, Minister of Human Resources and Employment, will hold a news conference today, (Friday, January 29) at 11:30 a.m in the Media Centre, Main Floor, East Block, Confederation Building. At that time she will announce the details of new initiatives which will improve the financial position of many social asssistance clients.
