Premier Brian Tobin and Joan Marie Aylward, Minister of Health and Community Services, will hold a news conference today (January 13) at 3 p.m. in the Collective Bargaining Boardroom, Main Floor, East Block, Confederation Building. The minister will address new investment in the provincial health system.
