NOTE TO EDITORS:
R. John Efford, Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture, will be guest speaker at the St. John's East Rotary Club breakfast tomorrow (December 3) at Hotel Newfoundland. The breakfast will be held at the Cabot Club and will get underway at 7:15 a.m. Minister Efford is scheduled to speak at 8 a.m.
