Minister to take part in service

NOTE TO EDITORS:

Fisheries and Aquaculture Minister John Efford will take part in the official launch of the St. John's Seafarers' Mobile Ministry on Sunday, September 12, at 3 p.m. on the St. John's waterfront by the railway car.

The Rt. Rev. Dr. Donald Harvey, Bishop of Eastern Newfoundland and Labrador, will dedicate the recreational vehicle in the presence of religious and transport and fishing industry representatives. The Church Lads Brigade band will also be in attendance.
