Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture John Efford will hold a news conference at the Radisson Hotel, Rideau Salon, Ottawa, Wednesday, April 14 at 11 a.m. Joined by members of the All-Party Committee of the Newfoundland and Labrador House of Assembly, Minister Efford will call upon federal Fisheries Minister David Anderson to address the seal overpopulation crisis on Canada's east coast.
