NOTE TO EDITORS:
On behalf of the Atlantic Institute for Market Studies (AIMS), John Crosbie will present Premier Brian Tobin with the Silver Piggy Bank Award in recognition of the province's second place ranking in AIMS recent Debtors' Prison report. According to the report, over the past decade, Newfoundland and Labrador has become one of the best managed provinces, financially, in the country.
