NOTE TO EDITORS:
Premier Brian Tobin and Environment and Labour Minister, Oliver Langdon, will hold a news conference today at 12 noon in the Media Centre, Main Floor, East Block, Confederation Building. The premier and the minister will announce proposed legislation banning bulk water removal from the province.
