Premier Brian Tobin will meet today with Mr. Dick Cheney, president and CEO of Halliburton Company (former US Secretary of Defense) to discuss Halliburton's role in the growing Newfoundland offshore industry. The premier and Mr. Cheney will be available to the media at 1:45 p.m. this afternoon, Wednesday, October 13, 1999 in the lobby of Hotel Newfoundland.
