NOTE TO EDITORS:

Premier Brian Tobin, Environment and Labour Minister Oliver Langdon, and Jed Goldberg, President of Earth Day Canada, will take part in the Re-use Pledge Flag-Raising Event, as part of the National Re-use Pledge Campaign, on Friday, June 11, at 10 a.m. in the Main Lobby, Confederation Building, East Block. Grades four, five and six students from Brinton Memorial will also participate in the event. The purpose of the event is to encourage Canadians to recognize the environmental and economic benefits of re-use. Light refreshments will be served. All media are invited to attend.
