NOTE TO EDITORS:
Outer Ring Road officially opens
On Wednesday, November 25 at 9:00 a.m., Premier Brian Tobin and Works,
Services and Transportation Minister Lloyd Matthews will be joined by invited guests to
cut a ribbon to officially open the Outer Ring Road. The ribbon-cutting ceremony will take
place at the beginning of the Outer Ring Road near Donovan's Industrial Park and the Trans
Canada Highway. Access to the site is across from Bruce Street at Donovan's Industrial
Park. Maps of ceremony site are available at the number below.
Immediately after the ribbon-cutting ceremony, participants will travel
the Outer Ring Road for the first time to the Fluvarium, where a reception and briefing on
the project will be held.
