LIoyd Matthews, Minister of Works, Services and Transportation and Bob Mercer, MHA-Humber East today announced that a $4,781.300 contract has been awarded to Western Construction Co. Ltd. of Stephenville Crossing for paving the TCH from Little Rapids to Pasadena including Lakeshore Drive and the Wildcove depot.

Mr. Mercer said that the work will be completed by September 30, 1998
