LIoyd Matthews, Minister of Works, Services and Transportation, and Bob Mercer, MHA-Humber East today announced that a $682,525 contract has been awarded to S.M. Construction Ltd. of Stephenville Crossing for the construction of two single span, two lane reinforced concrete structures and mechanically stabilized earth structures on TCH at First Avenue, Pasadena, NF.

Mr. Mercer said that the work will be completed by August 31, 1998.
