NOTE TO EDITORS:
Art Reid, Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs, will hold a news conference on Wednesday, February 4, at 9 a.m. in the Media Centre, Main Floor, East Block, Confederation Building.
The minister will be joined by Dr. F. W. Russell and will publicly release the feasibility report relating to the future municipal jurisdiction of the Southlands Development.
