NOTE TO EDITORS:

Justice Minister Chris Decker will participate in the official opening of the Labrador Correctional Center's new classroom extension today, March 17. The classroom was built by offenders housed at the Labrador Correctional Center.

A ribbon cutting will take place at 2:00 p.m. at the Labrador Correctional Center, 45 Robert's Road, Happy Valley-Goose Bay.
