NOTE TO EDITORS:

Julie Bettney, Minister of Human Resources and Employment, will hold a news conference on Monday, February 16 at 11 a.m in the Media Centre, Main Floor, East Block, Confederation Building. At that time she will release the province's Green Paper on Adoption Policy and Law.
