NOTE TO EDITORS:

Fisheries and Aquaculture Minister John Efford is in Halifax today to make a presentation to the membership of the Fisheries Resource Conservation Council, an organization established by the federal government to make recommendations with respect to groundfish stocks in eastern Canada. He returns to the province tonight.
