NOTE TO EDITORS:

Following the delivery of Thursday's 1998 Budget Speech, the Minister of Finance, Paul Dicks, will address two organizations to discuss the details of the Budget. The minister will speak to the Mount Pearl Chamber of Commerce on Friday, March 27 at 12:30 p.m. in the Reid Community Centre, Mount Pearl. On Monday, March 30, the minister will address the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Newfoundland at 12:30 p.m. at the Delta Hotel (Salon B), St. John's.
