Premier Brian Tobin will address the Clarenville and Area Chamber of Commerce at 12:15 p.m., Tuesday, July 21 at the Clarenville Inn, Trans Canada Highway, Clarenville. The premier's remarks will focus on the new Newfoundland and Labrador economy.
