Premier Brian Tobin will hold a media scrum at 3:45 p.m. today, February 27, 1998, in the Media Centre, Main Floor, Confederation Building, East Block. The premier will discuss issues arising from his meeting this afternoon with the Happy Valley-Goose Bay Town Council, including discussions on the Alternative Service Delivery of CFB Goose Bay, and the Voisey's Bay project.
