Going for the Gold

The Third Annual Provincial High School Enterprise Olympics Competition will begin today (May 28) at Hotel Gander.

Premier Brian Tobin will officially open the three-day Entrepreneurship Conference and will speak to 200 students and 50 teachers representing all school districts in Newfoundland and Labrador.

Opening ceremonies will begin at 2:30 pm - Salon D - Hotel Gander.

Closing ceremonies and presentation of awards will take place at the Arts and Culture Centre on Saturday, May 30, from 10:30 am - 12:00 noon. Guest speaker will be Chris Griffiths - Griffith's Guitar Works.

Enterprise Olympics Competition is a partnership between the St. John's YMCA-YWCA Enterprise Centre and the Department of Education of Newfoundland and Labrador.
