Outdoor Resources Meetings in Labrador Rescheduled

Development and Rural Renewal Minister Beaton Tulk, chairman of the Committee of Ministers and MHAs on the Use of Outdoor Resources, advises the committee will conclude its public consultation process with meetings in Labrador City/Wabush at the Wabush Legion on October 26 and in Churchill Falls at the Community Centre on October 27. The meetings are scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.

The meetings had been scheduled for October 14, but were delayed due to poor weather.

Government Services and Lands Minister Ernest McLean, vice-chair of the committee, will chair both meetings. Also attending will be committee members Forest Resources and Agrifoods Minister Kevin Aylward, and Topsail MHA Ralph Wiseman.
