A $1,291,810.59
contract has been awarded to Humber Valley Paving Ltd. of Corner
Brook to grade and pave the Corner Brook Waterfront Access Road
from the paper mill to the Gypsum Plant and to pave Farm Road,
Gilliams.
The announcement was
made today by Premier Brian Tobin,MHA - Bay of Islands; Bob
Mercer, MHA - Humber East; and Lloyd Matthews, Minister of Works,
Services and Transportation. Work will begin soon and is expected
to be completed by the end of October 1997.
