Doug Oldford, MHA - Trinity North, and Lloyd Matthews,
Minister of Works,Services and Transportation, today announced
that a $333,900 contract has been awarded to Clayco Construction,
a division of Callaghan Contracting Ltd of St. John's, for
extension to Shoal Harbour River Bridge and Dark Hole Brook
Bridge on R1, Trans Canada Highway,
near Clarenville.
The contract will start in the next few weeks and is expected
to becompleted by September 30, 1997.
