Lloyd Matthews, Minister of Works, Services and Transportation, and Chris Decker, MHA - The Straits-White Bay North, are pleased to announce that a $549,435 contract has been awarded to Brook Enterprises Inc. of Corner Brook to construct a steel girder bridge complete with composite concrete deck at West Brook on Route 432.

This is a joint project between Transport Canada and the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador under the Regional Trunk Roads Agreement.

Work on this project is expected to be completed by mid-November 1997.
