Julie Bettney, Minister of Works, Services and Transportation,
and Sandra Kelly, MHA - Gander, are pleased to announced that a
contract No. 379205002, building envelope extension, Phase 2,
Contract 5, James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander, has been
awarded to Colby Construction Ltd. of Upper Island Cove.
This contract has a value of $1,910,000 and Colby Construction
Ltd. was the preferred bidder out of a total of 11 bidders. This
project is to be completed by November 1997.
