Julie Bettney, Minister of Works, Services and Transportation,
announced today that a $117,750.00 contract (Project #49-96 PSR)
has been awarded to Whalen Enterprises Ltd. of Stephenville, NF.
The contract calls for widening of structure and extension to
sidewalk, Clarkes Brook Bridge, Benoits Cove, Route 450.
Whalen Enterprises Limited was the lowest of nine bidders.
This project is to be completed by June 30, 1997.
