Julie Bettney, Minister of Works, Services and Transportation, and Kevin Alyward, MHA - Stephenville East/St. Georges, are pleased to announce that a contract No. 419613018; Life safety upgrading (Phase III), West Viking College, Stephenville Campus has been awarded to Whalen Enterprises Ltd. of Stephenville.

This contract has a value of $117,140 and Whalen Enterprises Ltd. was the lowest of five bidders. This project is to be completed March 1997.
