April 22, 1997 (Tourism, Culture and Recreation) The following is being distributed at the request of Sport Newfoundland and Labrador: Sport Newfoundland and Labrador will be holding their annual general meeting and election of officers of May 9 and 10, at the Delta Hotel in St. John's beginning at 7 p.m. on Friday evening, May 9, with a panel discussion on sexual harassment in sport, registration for delegates, guests and observers will begin at 6:30 p.m. On Saturday, May 10, registration will continue at 8:30 a.m. and the AGM business, election of officers and several workshops sessions will take place throughout the day. As well, Sport Newfoundland and Labrador will be hosting the Annual Volunteer of the Year and Scholarship Awards luncheon honouring this year's winners. Contact: Marlyn Paul Lewis, (709) 576-4932.
