NOTE TO EDITORS:

Summit of the Sea Media Advisory

Media planning to cover the Summit of the Sea Core Conference in St. John's September 1 to the 6, are asked to confirm their coverage plans with the Summit coordinating office by Friday, August 29.

A fax or e-mail to Cabot 500 at (709) 579-2067 outlining coverage plans and contingency arrangements would be appreciated.

A media centre will be provided at the Delta Hotel during the Summit Core Conference.

Media accredited for the Summit of the Sea can pick up media kits and passes from the main reception desk of the Cabot 500 Offices on the afternoon of Thursday, August 28 and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, August 29.

Cabot 500 Offices are located at the Crosbie Building, 1 Crosbie Road in St. John's.

Any kits not picked up will be available at the Summit Media Centre at the Delta Hotel on and after Monday, September 1, 1997.
